Rep. Auchincloss: Congressional Republicans 'sleepwalking' into war in Latin America

Massachusetts Congressman Jake Auchincloss, a Democrat and Marine veteran, says Republican leaders in Congress are doing too little to rein in President Trump's war powers. Following the capture of Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro by American forces, Trump has threatened further military action in Latin America and elsewhere.
