'Congress will be with you’: Rep. Auchincloss assures Zelenskyy amid battle over Ukrainian aid

The U.S. is sending Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy home with a new $300 million aid commitment to help in the country’s fight against Russia. But a larger, multi-billion dollar aid package is caught up in budget fights on Capitol Hill, as the threat of a government shutdown looms once again. During Zelenskyy’s visit to Congress, Massachusetts Rep. Jake Auchincloss assured the Ukrainian president that the U.S. will come through with more support. The congressman joined Tori Bedford a few hours later to discuss.
