Breaking down the spending bill that averted a government shutdown

First, Massachusetts Rep. Jake Auchincloss joins WBUR's Radio Boston from Washington, D.C., where legislators passed a bill over the weekend averting a government shutdown. Auchincloss, who voted for the bill, says he is troubled by its lack of funding for the defense of Ukraine.

Then, WBUR reporter Walter Wuthmann and former Rep. for Massachusetts' 7th district Mike Capuano explain what the bill means for the Massachusetts.
