Auchincloss: Ukraine could lose war due to US aid holdup

U.S. House Speaker Mike Johnson has been sending radically mixed messages of late, first balking at a Senate push to link tightened border security to foreign aid focused on Ukraine and then balking at a standalone foreign aid bill because it doesn't address border security.

U.S. Rep. Jake Auchincloss joins Adam Reilly to discuss how Johnson's shifting stances could affect the outcome in the Ukraine-Russian war, which Auchicloss says Ukraine could lose this year if support isn't forthcoming. They also discuss a tax relief package passed by the House that's now in the hands of the Senate, the escalating biotech competition between the U.S. and China, and the ongoing Israel-Hamas war in Gaza.
