House Democrat explains why he won't back government funding compromise

Rep. Jake Auchincloss (D-MA) joins “The Weekend: Primetime” to discuss why he would vote against the Senate’s tentative deal to end the government shutdown. “We didn’t get a win for the middle class,” Rep. Auchincloss says, adding that Democrats need to stop playing by old rules in Congress.
