Cong. Auchincloss Rated Tops Nationally for Constituent Service
The Congressional Management Foundation (CMF) today announced the winners of the 2025 Democracy Awards, CMF’s signature program recognizing the best in congressional non-legislative achievement.
The Best of Constituent Service award went to Rep. Jake Auchincloss (D-MA-04, which includes Franklin) and Rep. Blake Moore (R-UT-01).
This award recognizes exceptional dedication to serving constituents through effective casework. It highlights a congressional office’s commitment to resolving individual issues, providing personalized support, and ensuring that constituents receive the assistance they need. Winning this category reflects outstanding attention to detail, empathy, and persistence in solving constituent problems.
“I'm honored that my staff and I received the 'Best of Constituent Service' award from the Congressional Management Foundation," said Auchincloss.

"Dana, Stephanie, Catarina, Kian, Ishaan, and Michael do a tremendous job for the Massachusetts Fourth, and I'm pleased that they are recognized for it," he added.
These nonpartisan awards celebrate Members of Congress and their staff who exemplify outstanding public service, operational excellence, and innovative practices that strengthen our democracy. Each category honors one Republican and one Democratic congressional office, while the Chief of Staff of the Year award recognizes four leaders—one from each party in both the House and Senate.
“CMF is proud to announce the winners of this year’s Democracy Awards,” said Jen Daulby, CEO of CMF. “These offices demonstrate that excellence in public service is not only possible, it is already happening. But the Democracy Awards are about more than recognition. They are about setting a standard and lifting up models of excellence to show what’s possible when congressional offices are committed to service, effective management, and innovation. These winners remind us of what Congress can be at its best.”
Each year, congressional offices self-nominate for the Democracy Awards during an open nomination period. Offices complete category-specific nomination surveys and provide additional supplementary materials, which are evaluated by CMF staff. Following this initial evaluation, Democracy Awards winners are selected by an independent selection committee.
A full list of the 2025 Democracy Awards winners can be found on the CMF website. Winners will be formally recognized at the 2025 Democracy Awards Ceremony, which will be held on Thursday, September 18, 2025, in Washington, D.C.
